How is the Snail Mucin extracted?
The snails are placed over a mesh in a dark and quiet room, where they are left alone to freely roam the net and leave mucin in their trails. There is no external process applied or the mesh to force mucin production.

I’m in my second jar. I’ve been loving it. But to be honest at first I was not sure how to use it since it’s very slimy. As days passed and applying it I’ve learned that it’s easy to apply but needs some time to soak it in since I have a combination skin. The cream works well for my sensitive skin. It does hydrate well especially for winter season. Whenever my skin barrier gives me problem I always go for this cream since it’s skin loving (my opinion). I’m currently struggling with cystic acne cause of the heat and wearing mask so using this ar night time really soothes my skin and does calm my skin. Of course this is my personal experience so for those who struggle with dry, sensitive skin this is the perfect cream.

I actually bought this cream after using the Snail Mucin essence. The essence is my holy grail product for dry/dehydrated, sensitive and acne-prone skin and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this cream to complete the duo. At first, the texture surprised me. I did not expect such a gel-like texture to be very moisturising for my extremely dry skin but I was proven wrong! I have psoriasis so the dry, flaky patches get crazy on my face, especially on my forehead and I desperately needed a cream that would hydrate my skin enough for the day time and this did just that. In fact, my skin, including the dry patches has been looking better than ever. It’s not greasy at all and doesn’t cause any breakouts either. I absolutely love this cream.

I have been using this moisturizer for quite sometime now and I absolutely love it. It is a very lightweight slimy gel that glides on the skin so well and makes my skin soft, plump and hydrated. The only downside of this product is the packaging. I personally don’t like open jar packaging as I find it inconvenient and unhygienic but the texture and consistency of this product are such that I don’t think it can be packaged any other way.
